V-League Football Result: Despite Changing Coach, Ninh Bình Still Cannot Win Against Team Fighting to Avoid Relegation

Today's V-League Football Result on March 7: Even after "changing the commander," Ninh Bình Club still did not taste victory when hosting SHB Đà Nẵng, a team currently in the relegation battle.

In Round 15 of the V-League 2025/26 held today at Ninh Bình Arena, Ninh Bình Club faced SHB Đà Nẵng under the circumstance that the home team introduced Coach Vũ Tiến Thành as the new captain of Ninh Bình after Coach Gerard Albadalejo was dismissed due to a streak of three consecutive defeats.

In the 10th minute, Hoàng Đức had a diving volley shot inside the penalty area following a teammate's pass, but the ball hit an opposing player.

In the following minutes, Ninh Bình Club continued to apply pressure and they opened the scoring in the 20th minute when Tiến Anh crossed from the right flank for Gustavo Henrique to head. In this finishing situation, the ball touched Đức Anh before flying into the net.

The visiting team responded with an attack in the 30th minute. Ribamar turned and shot, but Ninh Bình's goalkeeper Văn Lâm made an excellent save.

In the second half, goalkeeper Văn Toản of SHB Đà Nẵng Club had an outstanding reflex save in the 58th minute, blocking consecutive headers from Friday and Đức Chiến. On the other side, Văn Lâm saved Ninh Bình from a long-range shot by Pissano.

The turning point occurred in the 70th minute when defender Marcelino mishandled the ball right inside the penalty area, allowing Văn Long to seize it and cross for Ribamar to finish, equalizing the score 1-1 for SHB Đà Nẵng.

After conceding, Ninh Bình Club had to push forward to attack, determined to secure three points at home. Geovane missed an opportunity in the 80th minute when goalkeeper Văn Toản left SHB Đà Nẵng's goal to intercept Friday. The ball then bounced to Geovane, but his shot was blocked by a visiting defender right before the goal line.

After 90 minutes, Ninh Bình Club drew 1-1 and continues without knowing victory. They have now had four consecutive matches with only losses and draws, falling behind CAHN FC in the championship race. Meanwhile, SHB Đà Nẵng is currently second-to-last on the standings with 11 points after 14 matches.

In the other match, SLNA secured a minimal victory against Hải Phòng at home. This was a tense match as SLNA played determinedly with the goal of earning three points at Vinh Stadium. The Nghe team scored the only goal of the match thanks to Reon Moore.

In the 48th minute, Tiến Dụng carelessly passed back to goalkeeper Đình Triệu, who had left the goal area. Reon Moore from behind surged forward to win the ball, then bypassed Đình Triệu to score the opening goal. In the subsequent minutes, Hải Phòng FC pushed their formation high but were thwarted by SLNA's defense and had to accept a 0-1 defeat.
